Hey, I'm Reid! I'm obsessed with solving problems.

I'm currently studying in London and work on special projects at Nucleus, where I combine product, analytics, and design work while owning the tech stack. Mostly involves rapid iteration and putting out fires as they arise (which is my favorite way to work).

Here are a couple beliefs I currently hold, which I find generalize well across different parts of life:

  • The majority of problems are better solved by subtraction rather than addition. This is often revealed by choosing the right problem.
  • “Taste” is becoming centered around human curation. When creation is abundant, discerning great ideas is higher leverage than the ability to make more.
  • Attention to detail is what rigor looks like when it reaches the surface of the work. Small lapses propagate when attention drifts from the problem.
  • The future is only better if I make it so! My one genie wish would be to add more hours to the day so i can learn, create, and explore more.
